We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a refund.
Digital Products All products sold by The Musah Method are digital downloads (eBooks and training programs). Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will make it right.
Eligibility for a Refund To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

- Products where digital access has already been fully used or downloaded
Refunds Once your request is reviewed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
