DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
Thank you for shopping at "The Musah Method". Since our products are digital and delivered electronically, this Digital Delivery Policy outlines how you will receive your purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
No physical products, packages, or tangible goods will be shipped to your physical address. All items available on our store are 100% digital/electronic products. Consequently, there are no shipping fees, no delivery tracking numbers, and no physical delivery times associated with your purchase.
2. INSTANT DELIVERY PROCESS
Upon successful completion of your payment and verification of your order by our system, your digital products will be delivered via the following electronic channels:
  • Confirmation Page: A direct download link will appear immediately on the checkout confirmation page once your payment is processed.
  • Email Delivery: An automated email containing the official download link(s) or access instructions will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email is typically sent within 5–10 minutes of purchase.
  • Customer Account: If you created an account on our store, your purchased digital files will also be available for download at any time in your "My Account" or "Downloads" portal.
3. UNRECEIVED OR DELAYED DELIVERY
If you have successfully completed your purchase but have not received your digital delivery email within 5–10 minutes, please complete the following steps before contacting us:
  • Check Spam/Junk Folders: Automated emails with download links are sometimes incorrectly flagged by email providers (especially Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook) and sent to the Spam, Junk, Updates, or Promotions folders.
  • Verify Email Address: Ensure that the email address you used during checkout was spelled correctly and is currently active.
  • Check Payment Status: Verify with your bank or payment processor (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) that your transaction was successfully completed and not placed on hold.
4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & COMPATIBILITY
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess the necessary software, hardware, and internet connection required to download, open, and view the digital files.
  • Our digital products are primarily delivered in PDF format.
  • Please ensure your device is capable of processing these formats before initiating the download.
5. DOWNLOAD LIMITS AND EXPIRATION
To prevent unauthorized sharing and piracy, certain digital files may have specific restrictions:
  • Download Count: Your download link may be limited to  3 or Unlimited total download attempts.
  • Expiration Date: Your download link may expire 90 days or Never after the date of purchase.
    We highly recommend saving your downloaded files immediately to a secure cloud storage service or your local hard drive upon receipt.
6. CONTACT AND SUPPORT
If you have followed the troubleshooting steps above and still cannot access your digital products, or if your download link has prematurely expired, please contact our support team immediately. We will manually verify your purchase and re-send your files as quickly as possible.
